What counts as a user?
Each team member who needs access to the app counts as one user. The company admin always has a user slot. Each company has its own subscription and user allocation.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Do I need a Xero account?
Yes — a Xero account is required. Jotter syncs your quotes, jobs, time, and materials directly to Xero for quoting and invoicing, so you'll need an active Xero connection to use the platform.
